MY PERSONAL FOCUS THIS MONTH
10-15 minutes with yourself?
I’ve been on a streak of meditation / stillness for 10-15 minutes a day.
How do I feel? Honestly, really freaking good. I notice more connection to myself, with a sense of steadiness and calmness. This tiny bit of extra awareness allows me to ask myself “do I want to keep thinking this way? Is that thought serving me?” And I feel it allows me the chance to remind myself that some thoughts are not reality. Just that reminder gives me peace that any anxiety I might create doesn’t actually exist … and it doesn’t even have to be created because I’ll actively choose to think of something else, or focus attention elsewhere.
I just had this internal feeling that after the holidays I needed and wanted to reconnect with slowness more. My monkey mind was bouncing around.. and i didnt like it.. So why not hang out with myself for 10-15 minutes a day? I deserve to be with myself, I love myself.
5 days have turned into 10 days and I’m completely ok if I find even 5 minutes to be with me or 5 slow breaths.
You’re worth it.
If you have been struggling to create time, consistency, motivation or are looking to commit to yourself for ONLY 7 DAYS… try this.
What I recommend is choosing ONE BBM workout (be realistic with what will work best for your schedule).
For example, your chosen 10 minute core video will be the video you do everyday for just seven days.
After 7 DAYS of showing up for yourself you will see and feel the results! You might even start to think “hmm… if I can do it for 10 minutes maybe I can add a posture video that is 5 minutes!”
This is how small changes to lifestyle and mindset add up.

Choose any of the BBM programs from 2 WEEK Core Chisel or A.S.S BLAST, Butter Program and commit to doing each of those videos. You will commit to getting results while focusing on specific workouts for your chosen goal.
Programs are ONLY 2 WEEKS with all workouts 28 min or less.
