SUMMER READS: I really enjoyed reading Malibu Rising, it's the perfect read for sitting outside a coffee shop, lounging around or falling asleep in bed (I love ending the day with a book in hand). Now onto Hotel Nantucket and I am enjoying it! I definitely get bored easily with some books but I can say these are engaging! I like looking on Goodreads to see the reviews before purchasing… I hope you enjoy the recommendations!

WEEKEND IN THE HAMPTON WITH VB 

HELLO HAMPTONS! 

Last month I had the pleasure of being invited to teach at the Veronica Beard Brand Influencer retreat in East Hampton where they recently opened up a new store,  inviting a select few to stay at the icon Maidstone Inn for a few nights. The itinerary began with a beautiful outdoor dinner with long candle lit tables, a Friday morning A.S.S Class (taught by yours truly), followed by a beach day and shopping. 

This was my first brand partnership away for the weekend, it was magic! 

I have never been to the Hamptons and let me tell you - the pristine laws, gorgeous homes and forty dollar salads, ooze quiet luxury.  

After teaching the class my job was done, I hung out with everyone, ate and mingled, then treated myself to walking around the town exploring, followed by an afternoon at the beach, marveling at the grand homes, it was perfect. 

I am deeply manifesting another brand travel weekend away to teach, meet incredible humans and adventure to new spaces and places for work!

When lockdown hit in 2020, I found myself in a bit of a fitness funk. As a former ringette player who used to practically live on the ice and in the gym, I missed that intense workout. Solo weightlifting just wasn't for me.

My cousin recommended Bootybymich. That first bodyweight ASS Class? It KICKED MY BUTT in the best way possible. The burn was real, but so was Mich's contagious energy. She's funny. She's real. And she will make you WORK.

Bootybymich has been a game-changer for me. It's about feeling strong, empowered, and having a blast. I've never felt stronger (& my POSTURE has improved so much)! I love mixing Bootybymich with hot yoga, and sometimes I even lift weights once a week. Whether I'm at home or traveling 3-4 months a year, Mich's workouts are my go-to. I always feel right at home with my computer and my mat.

I always text my cousin in BC when I'm doing Mich's workouts. Makes it feel like we're together. And those Insta coffee reviews? Pure GOLD!!
