Spring is about new beginnings shedding the old and blossoming of the new.

I encourage you to create any small adventure for yourself outside!
I love going outside for runs during the week as I mention in the weekly BBM schedule motivating you to get that walk or run twice a week (of course walking if running does not serve your body right).
Taking myself out for aimless walks around the city while on the phone with a friend, noticing and exploring all the little things the city has to offer can change my mindset and I really love to go outside when I need a mental reset.
Not only do those added runs and walks enhance wellness fitness benefits but also have significant mental health benefits.
Here are just a few…
I love exploring New York City, stumbling upon new coffee shops and beautiful brownstone homes on a weekend or a walk home or while running.
This spring I have added some “small adventures” for myself.
