FULL BODY worked. Join me for this 38 min full body workout to get your body feeling strong. One DB is used, you choose what weight you would like to use. Please use a weight you feel comfortable with/have proper form for each exercise. I am using a 10 lbs DB (challenging, yet i can still keep flowing trough the movements with minimal rest). Rest when needed, this workout can be done without equipment too.
