This lower body series begins with standing exercises targeting legs working on single leg strength and outer hips, then we move into deep sculpted combos for the outer hips (my fave!) while lengthening the legs! I love this video so much because i feel more flexible, toned and challenged! we finish off with a good stretch and you're done!
