Full body strength and elongation in this flow. We begin with three rounds of cardio/legs, core/arms and posture that will leave you chiseled and sweaty. Then we move into two rounds of combination moves specifically targeted for arms, abs and bum (these are my favourite moves that always leave me feeling worked!!) save to your favourite this one if a goody! Best paired with Butter!
