As we get ready to leave for our honeymoon I’m reminding myself daily to lean into adventure and the full embrace of truly taking time off work..(the best I can) and . My mind is racing with what feels like an endless travel checklist for our big trip and how I'm going to manage 18 hours of flying in the span of 24 hours.... but I know getting out of my comfort zone will teach me alot about the world and myself.
I feel so lucky to be able to have this time to create space for creativity, life, the feeling of being present and lost in the world, especially being off my phone. I have dreamt for a long time about what it would be like to have time off and have a “reset”. What does that look like? What will it feel like? It’s time to switch up some thoughts about being too hard on myself, being more open-minded, and the feeling of letting go/welcoming new chapters of life in 2025 while thinking about what my next goals are.
Whether it is three hours, days or weeks, I urge you to take time for you to step away from anything that feels too much or too draining. The time is NOW to give yourself space to really see what makes you happy and how you feel, this will guide you to your next adventure. I truly believe a new wave of creativity will come when we take a step back from our day to day.
So, as I may not be posting on screen every day on social media, I need you all to know that your trainer is one click away on the BBM site. I’m so excited to workout with you each day! Because I will be following the weekly workout schedule, I have packed my bands with me knowing that a good 30 min of BBM to keep me connected, motivated and strong while I travel. HELLO HOTEL WORKOUTS!
The Housemaid

Looking for a fun thriller? I’ve switched themes from the summer-drama scandals to some mystery/suspenseful page turners! Here are two books I've really enjoyed reading recently, hope you like them! There are three books in the “Housemaid” series and I'll be reading the second book on the plane for our honeymoon!

Here’s what I wear…
If you are in the market for some new running shoes, these have been my latest purchase.
They are so comfortable with an added cushion feel as I run, but I also love that my feet are supported. I typically run 3-4 times a week. I absolutely love it (even getting outside and walking if you’re not a runner). I think it's important to invest in a pair of shoes that you feel comfortable in. I definitely do not buy running shoes for the looks- only the feels.
If you like more trail running shoes this is one I love as well…
There are five programs for you to focus on leading up to the new year, mix and match if you’d like!
All programs have journal prompts and recommended music playlists to lead you to create a stronger relationship with yourself on and off of the mat. Enjoy exploring your mind and body.
With there being a month and a bit left in the year of 2024, write yourself a love letter. Write whatever comes to mind for positive, loving and motivating words to yourself. Fuel yourself with only goodness.

I just wanted to send a quick note to say thank you so much for your platform - your beautiful energy shines through with every video and I’m so happy every time I make time for myself on my mat by turning on a BBM video. I feel longer, stronger, and more toned each week! I have always been a lover of in-studio classes but still maintained my BBM membership because I loved having the option when I was travelling or just wanted the option for a quick workout to pop on. However, since becoming a mom, scheduling in a 60 minute class plus travel time is really difficult and so I started really utilizing your weekly schedule over the last 5 months in particular. You speak to the camera with such positive energy and intention that I feel like I am getting the community of being in the studio or 1:1 with you. Anyway, all that to say THANK YOU! It means a lot to me!
