Based on the band members of a 1960’s Rock n’ Roll band, this book is not written in a traditional way as there is an interviewer asking the character questions and their answers create the story of the book. There is minimal dialogue, yet it is raw and real. I enjoyed the character development and how quickly I read this! If you’re looking for a quick easy fun read, this is your next book!

This may not work for everyone, but this is what I use :)
I LOVE donating clothes when a new season is coming.
I currently have two big bags filled with clothes, shoes, sheets, etc, and recently took a trip to the Container Shop to purchase some organization bins for some spaces in our home. It makes such a difference when the closets are less cluttered!
Here is what I bought to help the clutter!
There are five programs for you to focus on leading up to the new year, mix and match if you’d like!
All programs have journal prompts and recommended music playlists to lead you to create a stronger relationship with yourself on and off of the mat. Enjoy exploring your mind and body.
Write a list of things you want to *stop doing. We have “to-do” lists but then there are lists of this we need to not do!
Make a list of what you notice you are prioritizing and what you are putting off.
Take yourself to a new coffee shop.
Do something different. Whatever that means to you.
If you feel like you have fallen off the wagon… what are somethings you can do to get back on! Keep it simple. Ex: you haven’t exercised in awhile, and you want to get back into it… choose a few videos that are 5-10 min long just to get back into it. All these small moments add up!! Don’t give up.
5 deep breaths.
5 minutes of stillness
5 minutes of writing or choosing 5 words to invite into your day/ life.
Try to do this daily or as many times a week as you can, when it can easily fit into your day.
I’ve known Mich for over 10 years, and while I haven’t always been perfectly consistent with her workouts, I can absolutely tell when I fall off. When I stick with them, everything clicks into place — my mood is lighter, my journaling gets deeper, and my mind feels sharper. And as a bonus, my body feels longer, leaner, and way stronger. As a runner and avid outdoor adventurer, I need that dedicated time to slow down, connect with my body, feel those deep burns, and trust that the work I’m putting in is literally helping me conquer mountains. For the past 5 months following a breakup, I’ve committed to her weekly schedule, making it a priority to carve out this mat time for myself. It's so easy! We’re all busy, but there’s a real sense of accomplishment that comes with showing up for yourself in that way. My posture has improved, my running performance has skyrocketed, and I swear I’m standing taller — even if that’s just in my head, I’ll take it. If you’re looking for consistency, support, and true strength inside and out, BBM’s workouts deliver. They’re more than just fitness; they’ve transformed me — mind, body, and soul.
